l  处理各客户对有关北京银泰中心in01、银泰写字楼管理的投诉和查询;

l  联络政府有关职能部门及相关协调工作;

l  保持及不断完善北京银泰中心in01、银泰写字楼环境,包括四季绿化及必要节日装饰等;

l  运用高科技咨询平台,不断开发、优化各项增值服务;

l  保持与各客户的有效沟通,定期回访客户需求以不断提升服务水准。

l  Maintaining the normal operation of equipment and facilities in in01 Beijing Yintai Centre, Yintai Office Tower and other service systems;

l  Maintaining the cleanliness and good condition of all public areas in in01 Beijing Yintai Centre and Yintai Office Tower, including lobby, exits and entrances, elevator halls, stairways, building facades, restrooms, etc.;

l  Ensuring the safety and good public order of in01 Beijing Yintai Centre and Yintai Office Tower;

l  Handling the complaints and inquiries about in01 Beijing Yintai Centre and Yintai Office Tower from all customers;

l  Contacting the relevant functional government departments and carrying out related coordination work;

l  Maintaining and constantly improving the environment of in01 Beijing Yintai Centre and Yintai Office Tower, including year-round landscaping and indispensable decorations for holidays;

l  Developing and optimizing all value-added services constantly with high-tech consulting platform;

l  Maintaining effective communication with all customers, and calling for feedbacks of customer needs to upgrade service continually.
